- All complaints are taken seriously -

- We MUST have consent for anyone to deal with a complaint on behalf of another patient, unless it is in the patients best interest which will be determined by the GP -

The team at Victoria Medical Centre will always strive to offer the best service we can, however we are aware that sometimes patients may not be 100% satisfied with the care or service they have received. We always appreciate the opportunity to put things right without the need to approach the formal complaints procedure, and we always welcome feedback from patients. You can leave us feedback using the links to the left (please note, feedback will be separate from a formal complaint)
