All appointments with the GP or ACP are triaged by a clinician. If you need a routine appointment please follow this triage link https://florey.accurx.com/p/C85033/ and select "I want help for a medical issue". You will be asked a series of questions and a clinician will review the information provided and send you the most appropriate booking link. If your query can be dealt with without an appointment the clinician will do so.

Most routine appointments are telephone, if you miss your call the clinician may not have time to call you back. You will need to contact us on 01226 282758 to rebook. You do not need to complete a new triage form. You will not be offered an appointment for the same day.

It is the patients responsibility to cancel all unwanted appointments, you can do this by calling our dedicated cancellation line on 01226 282758 option 1.
